Finding Serenity

So- how many times did you find yourself in Survival mode this last week? Did you notice? Or is such a way of being that you have yet to notice. If so, notice that too. It does take practice.

Serenity is certainly a quality I'd like to maintain while creating the holidays. So, here's the secret to have instant access to serenity. Take a really deep slow breath. That not only gives women instant access to serenity, but it also works on your vagus nerve, slowing your heart rate and calming the "survival" nervous system. This allows the ParaSymathetic (I've nicknamed "Pretty Safe") nervous system to calm you down and reinforce serenity.
